Premier Inn Swindon Town Centre hotel

Every time I have booked a room here, there are problems with the billing address provided by the booking portal. Premier Inn always incorrectly processes the travel agent's address and not my business address. As a result, I cannot submit my travel expenses to my employer for reimbursement. And no one at reception has ever been able to issue me with a proper invoice with the correct business address. I am really angry that this is not possible in the 21st century. Sending invoices by e-mail never works either. It's really annoying! I have spoken to my travel agency and the correct data is being transmitted. The IT department at Premier Inn just doesn't seem to be able to process this data correctly. It affects my entire company and an escalation has to be started each time after the trip so that an employee at Premier Inn headquarters can then generate the invoices retrospectively. These are really stone age methods and I don't understand why Premier Inn doesn't strive for improvement here.

Firstly let me mention some staff . I would like to thank Alison and Emma for making our morning so lovely. A massive thankyou to the chef that was on this morning called Adena. So my mum birthday breakfast , we came in as a family my mother who's 88 and has dementia and my uncle and aunt and myself. We went to go up to get our breakfasts and Adena welcomed us and said she would change the eggs as they had been there for a little while and made us fresh eggs. As we sat and ate Alison and Emma came to see was was happy and enjoying our breakfast. After we had finished all of the breakfast Alison was so gentle and patient with my mother with dementia. The breakfast was hot and tasty and eggs fresh. I will definitely be bringing my family for breakfast again . Thankyou to the staff especially the 3 I mentioned.

Reservamos 8 noches, las habitaciones amplias y sobrias, aire acondicionado,buena televisión, hervidor de agua , sobres de té ,café y monodosis de leche a tu disposicion,buen cuarto de baño, buena presión de agua y buena temperatura, El servicio de habitaciones correcto sin más, el cambio de toallas y ropa de cama deficiente. La cama es muy cómoda y tiene muy buen colchón. De la atención del hotel poco puedo decir, correcta y agradable al recibirnos y al despedirnos, no tuvimos más contacto con ellos. La relación calidad/ precio buena .

Located perfectly between the city centre and the train station. We walked from the train to the hotel which lead us through shopping areas, restaurants and pubs. The hotel looks brand new however we never saw a staff member. Not sure if that's good or bad, but we had no issues so it didn't matter.

Update Dec 3rd. I am trying to resolve upsets on me and my stay here and at Doncaster Fishergate where one had similar trouble rather. Regards family rumpus and quieter ones next door. And ascertain Premier Inn policies. And can they help staff rather better in an aspect or two where they maybe need practical wider help in an issue or two so ? I have found Premier Inns one has thought to be excellent and I hope my feedback in this matter of space for both quieter stayers amongst us , ... and families the same of course, ... can be understood and resolved. And the staff can treat customers with respect due in this. It's not always customer staff but customers who at times need a touch more respect I think this as other Premier Inns, it is very nice very good, yes! , ... but there are maybe one or two things which threaten it being enjoyed well much more too. And cause upsets and tried stays -? Hence 3 stars my cautionary view at the present time . Regards what happens re a quiet stay sought . Is the hard working caring manager lady facing rather too much here I wonder too. Which can make matters rather fraught at times ?? Update to follow, and good one I hope, after talking with Premier Inn Customer Care, this week, I hope.

Good experience. We chose a premier plus(?) room. The corridors are scented! So lovely. Room very nice. Silentnight Mattress not as comfortable as hypnos mattress that we slept on previously. Breakfast very good. Alison helpful and happy. Much appreciated when I'm not quite awake.

I booked two rooms as family coming to stay for weekend for birthday celebrations. The rooms were perfect lovely and clean. Check in was busy but didn’t take long great service by Laura. Thank you to Radina who sorted out a little treat in the rooms for us. We did the meal deals both days and the food was great the after eight sundae was amazing we had it both nights. Breakfast was busy but very stock up. What to shout out Ben who served us in the restaurant. He was so pleasant and attentive.

1yr old hotel when we stayed Oct.'24. Lovely entrance, open reception area, various meeting areas and types of seats. Friendly helpful staff. Great views of Swindon from 4th floor. Comfortable beds, beautiful shower. And if you like excellent value real ales, drinks and foods general, Wetherspoons is right opposite the hotel. How handy is that!

Ideal accommodation for central Swindon. The hotel is new so the rooms are fresh and modern. At the time we were there, the car park was £15 for a 24-hour stay. We did have some difficulty finding the car park as the sat nav took us to the Wyvern theatre car park initially. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

Perfect location for Wyvern Theatre, Wetherspoon, town centre and only 10 minutes walk from station less to bus station.

Received on post parking ticket cause at the check inn they didn’t informed me or asked me if I come with car so I won’t get a parking fee. Another way to get more money of you, made a booking on my name giving them customers and while waiting for customers I received parking fee. Spoken with reception 2 times in a row and same problem, been giving a wrong email address so they can cancel it. Had to pay for it on my own pocket. Thank you premier inn. Won’t book with you ever again.

We're really happy, booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Location is perfect loads of shops around, very good price for rooms, staff very welcoming and friendly. Thank you Karolina who explained everything to us and showed us around all the facilities. We're very grateful. The hotel looks very modern, rooms clean, spacious, the bathroom very nicely done and the beds very comfortable. Recommend the hotel 100%, very nice! We won't look elsewhere if we need a hotel again in Swindon.

Very friendly Staff, especially Karolina in the reception. She was so helpful and polite. Very kind soul. Food was tasty and enough choice. Coffee machine available in the restaurant, rooms were very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Company paid £15 per night for parking, first night ok. Second night car park full at 5pm. Still paid for the parking though. Local car parks are expensive
